What Parties?
Updated time: Party volunteers should check follow the check-in time instructions in your confirmation email.
Party sign ups go live at 8:00pm on Thursday, September 17, 2026. They are first come, first served, and are claimed quickly. Each PTA member may attend one party per child.
What Does a Volunteer Do?
Party volunteers plan & run activities during the class party. Each PTA member may attend one party per child.
Party Volunteers
Party Volunteers plan a game or activity, provide the necessary supplies, and run the activity at the party. Party Volunteers work with the Party Coordinator to plan and implement the party.
Party Coordinator
Party Coordinator is the contact person for the PTA and classroom teacher. The party coordinator also plans an activity or game.
How Do I Volunteer?
1 - Buy PTA Membership
Current PTA membership is required — become a PTA member if you haven't yet.
2 - Sign Up for a Party
Sign ups are first come, first served, and go live at 8:00pm on Sept 17.
3 - Register with the District
Complete & Submit the IPSD 204 Process.
4 - Take Your ID to the Patterson Office
Bring your ID to the Patterson Office before the day of the party to be scanned for a school visitor badge
